Crinkle Cuts at The Old Market Assembly
See event details

A gig held at The Old Market Assembly on Friday 26th September. The event starts at 22:30.

Crinkle Cuts bring a world of heavy grooves, tantric funk and soulful skanks. From Bristol, the 7-piece have brought their electric live show to stages across the UK and Europe and have built up a reputation for getting crowds dancing through the night, whilst they dance through the stage.

They have recently released their debut 13-track album, produced by Kris Burton and recorded at Monnow Valley Studios and Music APE Studios and mastered by Chris Wright at Abbey Road.

"The Pleasure is All Yours" is perhaps best imagined by thinking of a mix of early Chili's, and the Cat Empire by way of the Black Seeds. Album artwork designed by legendary urban artist Sweettoof.

The new singles "Whiskey Smile" and "Pick Up the Junk" are out NOW to stream or download on all platforms; watch this space as the only way is up for the UK's only self-proclaimed Tantric Funk band.

Entry requirements: 18+
