Mr Tea & The Minions at The Old Market Assembly

A gig held at The Old Market Assembly on Friday 27th October. The event starts at 22:00.

Drawing on a huge range of influences, from Balkan, Folk and Ska to Rock, Metal and Dub (plus plenty in between) Mr Tea & The Minions are coming with their extravagantly colourful, theatrical live performances!

The band treat the audience as co-conspirators and every show is about collectively having the best time possible, with MTATM contributing incredible amounts of energy, dancing wildly and most importantly having amazing fun doing it!

With well over 100 UK festival appearances including Glastonbury, Boomtown, WOMAD, Beautiful Days, Secret Garden Party, Belladrum, Nozstock, Northside (Denmark) and Goulash (Croatia) to name just a few.

“The Minions seamlessly weave Balkan Beats with ska, dub and swing to create a bouncing set. It’s impossible not to get involved.” The Independent

“Mr Tea and the Minions played one of the best performances we have ever seen! Expect great things from these guys.” Swingamajig Festival
