Chai Wallahs founder, music curator and resident DJ ‘Si Chai’ + Guests bring their musical flavours to ‘Old Market Assembly’

This month, Chai Wallahs invites guest selecta and scratcher, local lege: Mr Fitz!

Mr Fitz burst onto the scene in recent years and has taken Bristol by storm, holding down many residencies at bars and clubs in and around the south west, mixing and cutting up everything from Hip-hop, funk, swing and jazz to bassy breaks and DnB. With releases on labels such as swing & Bass and Cuttin it fine plus his numerous mixtapes and live streams Mr Fitz has held down everything from a laid back ambiance to a party rocking sets.

As well as his solo projects Mr Fitz is a prolific and respected collaborator in Bristol. Now to be the man on the 1s & 2s for Binbag wisdom Soundsystem as well as Madly’s PA sets, blending his own unique and funky style with other artists seamlessly.

Mr Fitz also dipped his toe into festivals playing both solo and PA sets at Shambala, Boomtown, Beat-herder and Secret Garden Party to name a few. Through his numerous club and festival appearances in a short time he has had the pleasure of supporting the likes of Krafty Kuts, A.Skillz, JFB & DJ Yoda.
