'Computer World' is a club night dedicated to playing the very best of before, during and after the 80s synthpop and alternative / electronic music, with the odd curveball and classic disco tune thrown in for good measure! Named in honour of Kraftwerk's legendary 1981 album, 'Computer World' has run in Taunton monthly on a Saturday since summer 2021, and now has a loyal, close-knit, all-inclusive following and community, which we'd love to emulate in Bristol. So what can you expect? A DJ-driven, 4 hour set comprising of an endless number of classic synth-centric tunes you know by heart (so there's no excuse for not singing along!), as well as tunes you forgot you loved back in the day. We also dare to play tracks you rarely hear anywhere else, not least on the radio, including B-sides, remixes, 12" versions and live tracks! A four hour set means we can pack the setlist with somewhere between 60-70 tracks (depending on how many extended mixes we dare to challenge your feet with!), so think of artists and tracks like....
