Vibrant, lively, curious yet still, Destination Old Market - A Theatrical Promenade looks back to Old Market's bustling past and its alternative punk & queer present. Join us and a cast of characters as we take you on a whistle-stop tour through the lives and loves that make Bristol’s Old Market one of the most memorable streets in the city. Written by Edson Burton & Tom Marshman Running time approximately 75 minutes. Meeting point - Stag & Hounds Show dates 5pm, 7pm & 9pm, Sunday 13 Oct 5pm,7pm & 9pm, Sunday 20 Oct 5pm, 7pm & 9pm, Sunday 27 Oct 5pm, 7pm & 9pm, Sunday 03 Nov Accessibility We aim to ensure that this event is accessible to all, but in order to do this we ask individuals to please contact us in advance to discuss specific access needs. Please note that this show is not suitable for young children due to the nature of its content. More Information This event is part of "Destination Old Market", which features a wide range events including pop-up gig performances and promenade theatre hosted in unique DIY venues and businesses throughout Old Market. A £5 deposit is required when booking. This deposit can either be refunded or exchanged for a voucher that can be spent in Old Market business taking part in the Destination Old Market. Destination Old Market is produced by Trinity Community Arts and is part of the City Centre and High Streets Culture and Events Programme, funded by Bristol City Council and the West of England Combined Authority. The initiative aims to attract more visitors to the City Centre, boosting local businesses and the economy.
