With events cancelling left right and centre, and ticket sales across the board seemingly at an all time low, events producers and artists are all discussing in separate circles what can be done.
Join us for an online zoom open-table to listen, or to put in your two cents, on the state of the events industry. Open to producers from any field, artists, venue managers, and just about anyone in the arts.
We will be joined by a few leading industry professionals who will give us their insight - and then transition into an open talk where we can ask, laugh, and theorise. Why are sales dropping? What could we do about this? How do we stop people buying last-minute?
Facilitated by Rowen K, producer of Queer as F*ck Cabaret and Grounded Circus.
** This event/talk is whatever we want it to be. Part reassurance that we're in it together, part networking event, part group venting session. Maybe we'll find ideas for solutions? Maybe we'll come out with new contacts? Either way, we'll have done something.
