Rituals: Earth based spiritual rituals and animistic ceremonial prayer, to help our planet and all people at this pivotal time for humanity.
Grounding Practices: Tools tailored to the month’s unique energies as well as the energies alive in the community at the time, with practices that help root you into presence.
Creative Exploration: Somatic exercises to unblock your creative flow and spark inspiration.

When are these gatherings?
We will meet around the time of the waxing crescent moon phase, to harness the potency of grounding into creativity.
The first one will be held on 30th January 2025, 11:00am-1:00pm GMT, please follow Kate Freyja on instagram or Facebook or subscribe to her email list to stay updated with the next gatherings.
(Recordings will be available for those who can not make the live call, although please note that the ceremonial aspects of the gatherings will not be recorded, so as to honour the sacred).
Throughout time, Edgewalkers have often moved along the fringes of society - poets and shamans, spiritual leaders and environmentalists, singers and healers, psychics and authors, witches and artists, actors and herbalists, priestesses and photographers, teachers or seers and so many more.... These individuals who each behold their own unique gifts, serve the community by embodying the ability to dream change into existence.

About the Ceremonialist/Facilitator
Kate Freyja is an artist, initiated Shamanic Guide, Water Healer and Somatic Teacher with a Heart Centred Approach to Life.
Kate Freyja teaches people the remembrance of sacred ways, so as to inspire unity, wellbeing and harmony.
Since 2019 she has been running embodied spiritual workshops, consultations and therapeutic sessions that create transformational space for soul evolution, embodied expression and ancestral healing.
Kate offers traditional shamanistic and animistic healing ceremonies and rituals for people in need of balance, health and wellbeing.
Kate is an accredited Pranayama/Yoga teacher, Sacred Celebrant and has been initiated into shamanism through an apprenticeship, here she honours the traditions with deep reverence.
