Want to lead a creative project, but find the organisation side of things a bit overwhelming?

Join experienced creative producer Emily Williams (Rising Arts Agency, Theatre Bristol, Radical Ritual, Action Hero) for this practical workshop that will share a toolkit of creative project management skills, tips and resources. Project Power-Up will explore:

• An intro to using spreadsheets (including budgets & cashflow)
• How to write project timelines and schedules
• How to contract collaborators
• An intro to evaluation writing

For creatives from all disciplines aged 16 – 30.

Emily Williams has 15 years’ experience working in the Creative Industries, the last 9 in senior leadership roles. She is currently Non-Exec Director for Rising Arts Agency and her past roles have included CEO of Theatre Bristol, Founding Member and Executive Producer of Kaleider & Creative Producer for Barbican Theatre.
