We are hugely excited to announce that our next speaker at the Palestine Museum Bristol, on Sunday 21st July will be Dr. Ramzy Baroud, a key Palestinian voice.

Ramzy Baroud has been the editor of the Palestine Chronicle since 1999 and was formerly managing editor of Middle East Eye. His books include My Father Was a Freedom Fighter: Gaza’s untold story (2009) and These Chains Will Be Broken (2020). Most recently, he co-edited with Ilan Pappé Our Vision for Liberation: Engaged Palestinian leaders and intellectuals speak out (2022). He is also a published poet.

Also speaking will be Ramzy’s daughter, Zarefah Baroud, who is currently completing a doctorate under Ilan Pappé at Exeter.

The discussion will be followed by a delicious, authentic Palestinian meal, so please stick around to eat and chat with us.
