Queer & Trans Midsummer Pool Party at Private pool

A event on Saturday 10th August. The event starts at 19:00.

A chilled, drop-in pool party for queer and trans people to swim, dive, play, and socialise.

Private hire of an unheated outdoor pool. 20 tickets available, potential for more if demand is high.

40-minute drive north from the centre of Bristol, unfortunately not easily accessible via public transport. Confirmation email with specific location and liftshare document available upon booking, please contact if you need to know the location beforehand. Info not publicly available for safety reasons.

Open to queer and trans people, who may bring an emotional support cis-het as long as they promise to behave. If you're worried you're not queer or trans enough, you are and this is a space for you. Wear any kind of gender-affirming swimwear as long as this includes swimming bottoms. Lifeguards are briefed on trans awareness.

Steps or ladders to enter the pool. Individual changing booths.

Please take a COVID test before attending and stay away if it's positive or you're experiencing viral symptoms (even with a negative test). Please wear a mask for liftshares. Trying our best to protect some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Any funds leftover after covering the hire cost will go towards gender-affirming care for trans people. Receipts available upon request.
