Workshop - Nature's Fractals: Geotags at Private View - Gaz Lawrence - Nature's Fractals: Geotags
See event details

A event on Thursday 13th June. The event starts at 18:00.

Join artist Gaz Lawrence for a free drop-in session celebrating his new digital art collection. Learn about the beauty of naturally occurring fractal patterns and how we can use them to be better visual artists. We'll have drawing materials but feel free to bring your medium of choice.

The event is run alongside the exhibition Nature's Fractals: Geotags - a growing series of digital collages that builds upon Lawrence's ink drawings, combining them with nature photography to create striking mandala-like, kaleidoscopic patterns that embody a specific time and place.

When: Thursday 13th of June - 6 to 8 pm
Where: L'étoile Studio (Old Market), 18 West Street, BS2 0BH, Bristol.
Cost: free entry - walk-in - no need to book, but best to make a reservation (free e-tickets).
