BACKGROUND:

The Arts House open mic, hosted by Jeremy Toombs, ran weekly for 8-9 years (2010-2018). An unprecedented achievement. Many poets, musicians, and performers of all kinds, did their earliest performances at this open mic. It would attract a huge variety of performers, from professionals to first-timers, classical recitation to the wildly unexpected, practiced craft to the improvised and absurd. For this reunion, we encourage everybody to sign up for the open mic to share their poetry, music, or anything else you can think of.

This reunion event is welcome to everybody, whether you attended the old Arts House events or whether this is your first introduction to the community.
