Reclaiming My Space - Personal Empowerment Collage Workshop at PRSC
TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR FREE ON THE VIV GORDON COMPANY EVENTBRITE.

A event held at PRSC on Friday 6th February. The event starts at 12:00.

You are invited to join Lizzie in a gentle, creative space to explore agency, boundaries, inner safety, and choice through collage. Participants are invited to create a visual “inner space” that feels empowering, grounding, and safe — guided by their own interpretation, not explanation or storytelling.

What to expect

This session offers a welcoming, low-pressure space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with a brief quiet moment and optional gentle movement to help you arrive, settle, and feel at ease. You’ll then be guided through a simple imagination exercise, inviting you to envision a space that feels safe, supportive, calming, and nurturing.

Using a variety of collage materials, you’ll have time to creatively explore and visually express this inner space in a way that feels right for you. There will be an optional opportunity to share your image if you’d like, but there’s no expectation to do so. There’s also no need to explain your artwork—your process and experience are entirely your own.

All materials are provided, and no art experience is necessary. Just come as you are and allow yourself time for rest, creativity, and gentle self-care.

Who is it for?

Open to all identities, backgrounds, and experience levels. Trauma-informed, inclusive, and survivor-affirming.

All of our workshops are open to CSA survivors, friends and allies, aged 18+
