Bedlam Chorus' debut production: BIRD by Katherine Chandler
BIRD is 'a fragile teenage tale with a fiercely beating heart'
Soon to turn sixteen, Ava must leave the care home she's always known. Ava tries to rekindle the relationship with her mother, whilst living dangerously in the world which surrounds her. All Ava has is her best friend Tash. Raw, delicate, and bold, this is a story about growing up outside family, but inside friendship. Expect Northern Soul dancing, chips n curry sauce and a thousand birds.
