Organising conversations: what are they and how to have one
In this session, we will go through semantics: what are the 'bad' and 'good' phrases to use when talking to your colleagues about joining a union. We will will then also have a closer look at what an organising conversation should look like to get your colleagues engaged and get them to take the first step towards getting active in their workplace and union.
TU Anon sessions are short and simple workshops for campaigning or organising in your workplace, with plenty of time to chat and ask questions.
---------------------------------
All levels of experience welcome, from experienced reps in recognised workplaces to those curious about getting involved with trade union activity. Come along and share your knowledge, or pick up some hot tips!
Sessions will happen at 6:30pm on the first Tuesday of each month.
