St John Ambulance is holding an evening of musical entertainment in Bristol, to fundraise for its first aid work, on Friday October 23.

The concert at Clifton's Redgrave Theatre will include music from the stage and screen, alongside popular and light entertainment pieces.

And there's an opportunity for the audience to learn some potentially life saving first aid, as the charity's volunteers demonstrate their skills.

Providing the entertainment will be St John Ambulance's South West Regional Band, which is led by Ashley Keyte.

The Bristol show will feature guest appearances from St John Ambulance's National Director of Music, Major Roger Swift RTD (former Head of Music for the Coldstream Guards) and the charity's newly formed Central District Choir.

The Redgrave Theatre is in Percival Road, Clifton (BS8 3LE) and the concert is on Friday October 23 at 7pm.
