We welcome all musicians to bring any instrument to play with the different loop stations: an Ableton Push pad controller and a Boss RC-300 Loop Station.

The evening will start with a short introduction and live looping performance/demonstration, we will then split into two groups. Each group will consist of three people plus one instructor where we will spend an hour and a half on each station.

In the last hour of the workshop there will be an opportunity for everyone to perform. This can either be something from the workshop or a pre prepared piece of your own. This is a safe space with no judgement for people to network, build confidence and learn or improve skills.

Constructive feedback will be given at beginner - intermediate level on the following principles: Vocals, guitar, bass, keys, drums, theory, stage presence, lyricism and looping.

This is the first of many community based music workshopping events, we are hoping to host regular events which will become more discipline, age and potentially genre specific down the line.
