Jessie Nixon

Jessie Nixon is a Bristol based stand-up comedian with a dynamic, friendly stage presence and a sharp wit. Jessie’s credits include tour support for Fern Brady, Steve Bugeja and Lou Sanders.

She has an impressive roster of achievements under her belt as she came third at the Funny Women Stage Awards 2022 as well as BBC New Comedian of the Year Regional Finalist 2021, Leicester Mercury Comedian of the year Nominee 2021, and more!

She brought her show Dumbelles to the fringe with fellow comics Dani Johns and Millie Malone and had a consistent sold out run and raving reviews. She is also the resident co-host of Joke and Mirrors at Bristol Smoke and Mirrors which has been voted Trip Advisors Traveller’s Choice award winner as well as being top of Bristol’s ‘Best Things To Do’ list.

She performed the Vault Festival with her first debut hour Damsel and is also on her way to the Edinburgh Fringe with the show, which promises to be a bombastic introduction from a debutant who has shown so much potential, with an impressive roster of awards and tour support under her belt!

Between her effervescent, winning comedy, and her growing list of accolades, Nixon is an act not to be missed.
