White Bear Comedy Club is a Saturday night pro-show hosted by Alex Kitson at The Room Above Theatre. Since the theatre re-opened in August 2021, it has been building itself a reputation as one of the best comedy venues in the city. The White Bear Comedy Club gives professionals a chance to deliver a club set to sold out audiences, with each show receiving rave reviews, high acclaim and fantastic audience and act feedback.

Off of the success of the pro night, the White Bear Comedy Club is starting a more regular new material/work in progress night for comedians, hosted by Harry Allmark and Alex Stevens. Whether you are an established comic looking to test out new jokes or a first timer just starting out, we want to create a space for everyone, regardless of experience.
