An Evening With Joy - Single Release at Rough Trade Bristol

A gig held at Rough Trade Bristol on Saturday 18th January. The event starts at 19:00.

There is no joy but noise as the four piece post-punk comrades celebrate the release of their single "Plastic Waste (At The Bottom Of The Mariana Trench)" alongside a stellar local lineup featuring Beefywink, Grandma's House and Gyno at Rough Trade Bristol. T.S Idiot (a man described by Devon County Council as "in very poor taste") will also be joining for smatterings of his signature poetic foolery in the interludes between acts. This is an evening to engage every artistic taste bud.

This is to be Joy's highly anticipated debut with a reworked lineup, having decided to dismantle and rebuild after success with their singles "Tree" and "Seahorse" a couple of years back. High octane to deafening levels and attractively macabre, this is the first landmark in what is set to be a very busy year for Joy.
