60 JUNO + HEAVY WILD

60 JUNO

Emerging from Merced, California, 60juno is carving out a place in the Central Valley’s post-punk scene with a sound steeped in heavy nostalgia and deep, dreamy melodies. Inspired by the Southern California DIY indie-rock community and the underground SoundCloud era, the independent artist began making music in his bedroom during the 2020 lockdown, building tracks around bass, drums, guitar and vocals. Blending the wistful textures of DIY indie rock with heightened post-punk energy and raw, low vocals, 60juno creates a distinctive, emotionally charged sound.

HEAVY WILD

Heavy Wild is a London-based lo-fi alternative rock project formed in 2022 and led by songwriter Wolfgang Harte, co-founder of indie favourites Swim Deep. With Harte as its creative constant, the project combines hazy textures, melodic songwriting and a raw, understated alternative-rock sensibility. The current live lineup features Magdalene Lin on keys, Carys Whyte on drums, Duncan Callaghan on guitar and Tom Chamberlain on bass, bringing Harte’s songwriting to life on stage.
