Rough Trade Bristol & Fantome present: Solar Eyes // Nobody's Dad // Luggs
Our October edition of RTB Recommends brings the psychedelic sounds of Solar Eyes to Bristol for the first time. Support comes from two of Bristol's newest bands, Nobody's Dad + Luggs, both of whom have piqued our ears and interest this year. Curated by spooky Bristol undead, Fantome.
Nobody's Dad recently dropped their new single 'Angel' and it's an absolute corker. A fuzzy Breeders via Elastica grunge altpop banger. We're very excited to see what comes next!
Luggs are so hot off the press that there's barely any music on the internet, but expect a maelstrom of wonkypsych chaos from this lot.
Three bands for a fiver. Lovely

The cosmic creation of Glenn Smyth and Sebastian Maynard Francis, ‘Solar Eyes’ the debut from the duo delivers a suite of technicoloured tunes that stretch across acid-dipped sonic landscapes and blissed-out melodies.
