A
event
on Friday 5th July. The event starts at 20:00.
Shakespeare's wonderful fantasy comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, has always been a firm favourite for open-air productions. As in the Bard's day, the Festival Players perform with an all-male company of skilled professional actors, and invite you to share in the colour, poetry, and magical mayhem.
Join them and local residents for summer fun for the whole family on the beautiful lawns of Royal York Crescent and York Gardens. Gates open from 6.00pm for picnics; bring your own food, drinks seating, rugs etc. Profits from the event go towards maintaining the gardens.
Wheelchair access available from the York Gardens entrance (BS8 4LN). Portable accessible toilets will also be available.
Unrestricted parking can be found on surrounding roads. Bus Nos. 8 & 9 to Clifton Village stop on nearby Regent Street.
Tickets available on-line from the Cornish Riviera Box Office http://www.crbo.co.uk/events.php?evGrp=145
