The RWA are delighted to welcome yoga practioner Phoebe Prideaux as part of our ambitious program of events during our summer exhibition: Dance Out
Join us in the main galleries before the busyness of the day begins, and take time for yourself in this uplifting, thoughtful class.
No experience needed - we have some yoga mats available, but please do bring your own if you prefer.
About Phoebe:
Phoebe is a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator based in Bristol. Her intention is to meet you exactly where you are, offering thoughtful cues and accessible options that support a sense of balance in both body and mind.
For Phoebe, guiding yoga is a true joy and a deep honour—an ever-evolving journey of learning, connection, and respect for the heritage and culture of the practice.
What to expect:
In this series of classes, Phoebe invites you to draw inspiration from the gallery space and its exhibition works, engaging with both the energy around you and the sensations arising within.
This practice encourages liberation through movement—an invitation to notice the subtle rhythms of your breath, the beating of your heart, and the intricate interplay of muscles and bones that make you a beautifully unique, living, breathing being.
