Late Night Tales welcomes Belle & Sebastian’s Chris ‘Beans’ Geddes to Bristol for a soulful showdown of seven inch singles.

Belle & Sebastian’s scene straddling 2006 Late Night Tales included 60s psyche, indie hip hop, reggae, girl groups, bossanova, afro-jazz and 70s rock; with volume two in 2012 only delving deeper into their shared musical loves. Belle’s keyboardist and avid record collector Chris Geddes joins Late Night Tales for a set of Northern soul, gritty funk and all-killer no-filler party-rocking anthems. No CDs, no MP3s, no albums, no laptops - just a whole night of glorious seven inch singles. In his own words: “Expect anything as long as it’s soulful and you can dance to it”.

15 years strong in 2016, Late Night Tales invites the world’s best artists to delve deep into their music collections to create the ultimate "late night” selection. The series includes expertly curated mixes by Bonobo, Groove Armada, Jon Hopkins, Franz Ferdinand, Django Django, Four Tet, Friendly Fires, Nils Frahm and The Cinematic Orchestra.
