Brizzle Boiz - Drag King Cabaret - X-MAS at Southbank

A event held at SouthBank on Thursday 6th December. The event starts at 20:00.

Ho-ho-ho my word, it's December! Come join us for our tenth glorious show - that's right, it's Brizzle Boiz X-MAS edition! X-tra large, X-tra fab and now at the Southbank Club with X-tra seats!

Make your way through the wintery wonderland of Bristol by one horse open sleigh, reindeer, or coca cola truck to see the absolute stocking stuffers we have in store for you!

Jingling their bells at the Southbank Club with us will be:

CHIYO

Host and co-producer of the sensational WOOF cabaret, Chiyo delivers sex, politics and pure, raw power with every performance!

OEDIPUSSI

From the far off land of Hemel Hempstead, it's everyone's favourite king of the beard! Blurring the lines between tragedy and comedy, he's a Zeus-given talent!

ROYALE BLOOD

Royale is your average neighborhood singing vampire. A little friendlier than your average biter, since he's been working on shaking hands instead of showing fangs!

MARIANA TRENCH

Mariana Trench exudes old Hollywood glamour with a drag twist, and is one of Bristol’s up and coming queer artists. Standing at 6ft tall in their stockings, she’ll blow you away with the most powerful of pipes!

And SMASHLYN MONROE

Fierce, feisty and fabulous, this dragilicious sideshow siren combines drag and burlesque into one gorgeous, brazen package. Smashlyn recently stomped the stage at London Queer Fashion Show and now they are ready to dazzle Brizzle with their unique style!

As ever, there will be open mic opportunities and an audience participation competition!

Tickets are £10 (+BF) or £8 (+BF) concessions, any remaining tickets will be sold for £12.00 on the door. However, we are making all tickets available for purchase online; if we sell out before the event there will be no tickets available for purchase on the door.

Doors open at 8:00 and show starts around 8:30, but pop by earlier to say hello and buy a drink at the bar! Please note that out of respect for our performers and other audience members, if you do not arrive in time you may be asked to wait at the bar for some or all of the first half.
