Little nibbles of tamari roasted seeds and home made bread with olive oil to start.

Main course

Baked gnocchi served with a rainbow of roasted beetroot & walnut cream, butternut squash & almond cream with crispy sage leaves, wild mushrooms with garlic, parsley & truffle oil.

Dressed green salad of baby leaves and fresh herbs.

Pudding

Marbled chocolate & honeycomb mousse.

Gnocchi are Italian dumplings, little pillows of softest potato

The plate will be a colour riot of purple, orange and green

Nade's favourite herb coriander will be included in the salad along with other micro herbs from ‘Grow Bristol’

The Cooking Company uses organic and local produce and caters all kinds of events, and particularly enjoys collaborations of this kind which brings together music, art and food

The cocktail celebrates Nade’s love of Daiquiris, using autumn spices with rum and lime juice - sure ‘Ain’t One Thing’ ! - and will be sold separately £7 from the bar.
