Stories for Sharp Teeth Present Wilf Merttens at SS Great Britain

A event on Sunday 28th April. The event starts at 19:30.

Gruesome true tales and murderous folk songs combine in this evening in SS Great Britain's historic dining saloon, presented by Bristol's Sharp Teeth Theatre and award-winning storyteller and author of Bristol Urban Legends, Wilf Merttens.

Wilf Merttens is an award-winning storyteller based in London and Bristol. Last year The History Press published his book Urban Legends of Bristol, and he'll be telling the terrifying tale of Bristol's Book of Skin alongside other tales. Wilf has performed at Shambala, Valleyfest and more.

Sharp Teeth's band in residence are a collection of exciting Bristol musicians appearing alongside Sharp Teeth's Stephanie Kempson, including Rowan Evans (The Fox & the Child), Bethany Roberts (Hands of the Heron), Alex Heane (Kneehigh's The Little Match Girl) and Joseff Harris, creating hacked-up and altered folk songs and stories with music. Storyteller Megan Brooks will be hosting.
