Reflective Gong Bath
Sunday 16th November | 5:00–6:30pm
St Anne’s Church, Easton, Bristol
As the year draws inward and the nights lengthen, this Reflective Gong Bath offers an opportunity to pause, rest, and listen deeply — not only to sound, but to the quiet space it creates within you.
The gong’s resonance invites release, reflection, and renewal — supporting you to let go of what no longer serves and reconnect to your inner stillness.
✨ What to Expect
This 90-minute session is a guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and reflective awareness.
You’ll begin with gentle grounding and breath awareness before being immersed in layers of sound from gong, Himalayan and crystal bowls, and subtle percussion.
The sound gradually builds and settles, creating waves of resonance that allow body, mind, and spirit to unwind. We’ll end in quiet reflection and grounding, with time for tea and integration.
How to Prepare
Please bring:
‍♀️ Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow
Warm socks, layers, and an eye mask or scarf
A bottle of water
Dress comfortably and arrive a few minutes early to find your space and settle in. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit — whatever feels most supportive for you.
Benefits
Many participants experience:
Deep relaxation and inner calm
Emotional release or clarity
Nervous system balance
Heightened self-awareness and reflection
Connection to inner peace
Each experience is unique — the sound meets you where you are.
Location
St Anne’s Church, Easton, Bristol
A peaceful and atmospheric space that holds both reverence and calm — perfect for reflective work, rest, and sound immersion.
