Relaxation Soundbath: An invitation to soften, renew and welcome the light You're warmly invited to join this Relaxation Soundbath at St Anne's Church, Easton — a beautiful, sacred space for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. As winter gently loosens its grip and the first whispers of spring begin to stir, this session offers you a tender invitation — to soften what has felt frozen, to renew your energy, and to restore balance through the healing power of sound. ✨ What to Expect This 60-minute group session combines the deeply soothing tones of Gong, Himalayan singing bowls, and gentle percussion to create a wave of resonance that supports relaxation, emotional release, and self-connection. We'll start with warm tea and a short grounding meditation before being immersed in sound, followed by a few quiet moments to integrate the experience, ending with some lovely little treats to ground the senses and gently return to the present. How to Prepare Please bring: ‍♀ A yoga mat, blankets, and pillows Warm socks, an eye mask, and hot water bottle (recommended) A bottle of water to stay hydrated A little journal to record any thoughts or feelings that may arise You'll be invited to make yourself completely comfortable and allow the sound to do the work. Benefits Many people experience: Deep relaxation and nervous system balance Release of physical or emotional tension Greater clarity, presence, and ease Connection to inner stillness and peace Each experience is unique — the sound meets you exactly where you are. Location St Anne's Church, Easton Relax and unwind in this peaceful, light-filled space — a setting that holds both reverence and calm, making it ideal for sound therapy and rest.
