Singing is a natural anti-depressant. It has been proven to reduce stress, boost the immune system, enhance memory, and stimulate the release of the love and connection hormone oxytocin; And we now know that through conscious breathing, you can learn how to access different systems in body, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing creativity, memory and focus, improving sleep and cardiovascular health, and athletic boosting performance. In these workshops Molly teaches simple breathing and vocal techniques to reduce stress and anxiety in the body, boost the immune system, and build connections for general wellbeing. Molly will also teach some of her original arrangements to bring together everything that is taught in the session. You don’t need to have any previous experience in music or singing.
