VooKoo proudly presents: Eve Appleton Band
At St Dunstans House - Bedminster - BS13 7AB

Bringing gorgeous harmonies, lyrical parables and warm acoustic melodies, this 6 piece alternative folk band are not to be missed.

Crowned champions of the Green Man Rising 2023 last year, Eve Appleton Band won the hearts of the festival crowd, and we are so excited to be hosting them at St Dunstans House.

Hailing from Dorset and based in Bristol, the band describe their sound as an avant-garde nod to 60s Folk Revival, with echoes of Alternative Folk and Americana.

For fans of First Aid Kit, Steely Dan, Fleet Foxes and The Staves, this evening is set to be an uplifting and stomping celebration of all things acoustic folk.

Opening up: Leo Baby
Through his unique fusion of Alt-folk and Indie-soul, tinged with irreverant glimpses into Gypsy-jazz and Latin-inspired-beats, Leo Baby conjures a soundscape both nostalgic and forward facing.

Followed by incredible DJ talent: Dily (brakery) a queer non-binary dj making the music they play out eclectic and consistently winging it. Dily works towards high energy blends of bass heavy rhythms. Bouncing from genre to genre bringing high energy to the dance floor

And our resident DJs will further the sonic vibrations and keep the dancefloor live all night!
