PRIMAL MOVEMENT at St George Park, Bristol
See event details

A event on Monday 9th June. The event starts at 18:00.

Step into nature and reconnect with your body in our outdoor Primal Movement class—held right in St George Park! This isn’t your average workout. Each session is a playful, energizing blend of fitness, somatics, contemporary dance, and animal-inspired movement, all designed to awaken your wild, curious side—under the open sky and among the trees.

You’ll crawl, roll, balance, and flow across the grass as you build coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and full-body mobility. The natural terrain adds a whole new dimension, challenging your body in fun, functional ways while keeping your mind fully engaged. And don’t worry—this isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving smarter. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish just by playing outside!

By the end of class, expect to feel grounded, recharged, and smiling wide—refreshed by movement, fresh air, and maybe a little dirt under your nails.

Whether you’re brand new to movement or already into yoga, weightlifting, martial arts, or dance, this class is a perfect outdoor complement to your routine. Over time, you’ll develop healthier movement patterns, a clearer mind, and a deeper connection to both your body and the natural world around you.

So throw on your comfiest clothes, bring some water, and come play with us in the park! No matter your fitness level, everyone is welcome in this tribe. Let’s move, laugh, and thrive—together, and in the great outdoors.
