A brilliant poetry event for the whole family, with performers Raymond Antrobus, Nikita Gill and Stephen Lightbown reading some of their favourite stories and poems. Raymond Antrobus will be reading from his brand new picture book Terrible Horses (illustrated by Ken Wilson-Max) exploring sibling conflict and companionship. Nikita Gill’s children’s books include Animal Tales from India, and Bristol-based Stephen Lightbown’s debut children’s poetry book is titled And I Climbed And I Climbed. This event will bring stories and poems to make you feel, think, laugh and smile, with a short Q&A and a book signing at the end.

Aimed at 3-11 year olds (Key Stage 1 & 2), but open to the whole family.

Presented in partnership with Renaissance One.
