Saltings / Sean Addicott at St George's

A gig held at St George's Bristol on Saturday 23rd November. The event starts at 13:30.

A double-bill of ambient adventure: Andrew Cooke’s pastoral-horror-soundscape project SALTINGS, with Sophie Jackson on cello; and Sean Addicott’s Tapesleep, composed from the perspective of an insomniac. Both artists create deeply atmospheric audio-worlds: Cooke using live instrumental loops, long-form drones and processing, Addicott collaging experimental sound generation, field recording and ambient composition.
