Much-loved Yorkshire duo launch their new album 'Cloudheads' in a special concert at St George's Bristol.

Belinda O’Hooley & Heidi Tidow were propelled to newfound fame for penning the theme tune to Sally Wainwright’s hit BBC1/HBO drama ‘Gentleman Jack’. The iconic tune earning them global fans, an acting role for Belinda in TV drama Happy Valley, appearances on Radio 4 Woman’s Hour & concerts that sell out months in advance.

Belinda & Heidi’s boundless songwriting has been described by The Guardian as ‘exceptional’ & The Independent as ‘defiant, robust, northern, poetical, political folk music for the times we live in.’

Their first full studio album in seven years; ‘Cloudheads’ delves into the passions & inner worlds of two highly individual autistic women; Belinda & Heidi. Moving & melodic, Cloudheads spans stories of parenthood, the call of a song thrush, & a portrait of the last days of the touching relationship between their neighbour Matthew & his beloved Alsatian, Ted. The duo even pull off a collaboration with Gentleman Jack herself, Suranne Jones on ‘The Ballad of Anne and Ann’.
