Project Zulu Choir are a group of 20 brilliantly talented children from the underdeveloped Madadeni township in South Africa, touring the southwest with their awe-inspiring Zulu music. Performing traditional Zulu songs and dances, these children – aged from 8 to 15 years – are using their amazing musical talent to raise funds for their schools in KwaZulu-Natal. This will be a joyfully vibrant occasion!
Every penny the choir raise during their 2023 Tour will be sent straight back to their schools to improve their educational facilities and support sustainable projects. Over the past decade these tours have enabled schools in the Madadeni community to build new classrooms, equip libraries, install solar panels and purchase additional learning resources. Most recently the project has installed a laser levelled, fully irrigated sports pitch at Madadeni partner school, opening the facility for community sports teams and events.
