World class jazz from the quintet of Cuban / US pianist Ortiz (a regular performer with the superstar Esperanza Spalding) and American-in-London bassist Janisch, with the US-team of trumpeter Raynard Colum, drummer Rudy Royston and the legendary alto saxophonist Greg Osby. It's an amazing band and the rare opportunity to hear Greg Osby whose Blue Note career ran to 13 albums as a leader, with a series on JMT before that should not be passed up. The musicians will play acoustically, without a PA system.
