Join us for a deep dive into the physicality and performance skills used to create energetic and high impact Dance Theatre.
Each day will start with a contemporary dance class to wake up the body and tune your instrument.
Following that, we will focus on a different IMPERMANENCE production each day, learning rep from the shows and exploring the methods that were used to generate the material and theatrical moments. We will also look at techniques to create work collaboratively which we have developed over the last 15 years.
Roseanna & Josh will share thoughts around inhabiting character, committing to intention, letting the body speak, achieving specificity in action, and giving up control whilst holding onto form.
