On Friday the 12th of September we are hosting a Clothes Swap at the farm; there will be a bunch of beautiful clothes, a bar, a DJ and obviously fab company…

It is no secret the fashion industry is having irreversibly awful effects on our planet. We currently have enough clothes in our world to dress the next six - seven generations, while fast fashion companies are still estimated to be producing up to eighty - one hundred billion garments each year. We, along with many others, have been fed up with this industry for a long time. However! This should not mean we cannot still enjoy clothes, style and fashion, in all its wonders! Clothes Swaps are one of the brilliant ways to tackle this industry, while enjoying new clothes for our wardrobes.

We will value the clothes you bring into certain categories, those categories will then translate to a point system:
Bronze: e.g T-shirts, vests, basics - 10 points
Silver: e.g shorts, skirts, cardigans - 25 points
Gold: e.g jumpers, jeans, jackets - 50 points
Platinum: e.g higher end branded items, real leather jackets, high quality etc - 100
(We will not be able to exchange any left-over credit for anything, sorry!)

Please make sure the clothes you bring are clean and swap-ready. You are welcome to bring your clothes to the farm office in the week before the Clothes Swap, and collect your points pre-event.

All profits from this event will go to the farm.
