Welcome to Liberation Flow — where we stretch, dance, scream, and basically refuse to apologise for existing.
What’s going down:
Pillow scream therapy. Yes, we yell. Yes, it’s iconic. Yes, you’ll feel ten times lighter after.
35 min Yoga: A slow, grounding flow to help you reunite with your body.
15 min Meditation dance : Move however you want. Wiggle, stomp, twirl, it’s your moment!
Closing release: Sound bath + chanting
30min Take your time to come back to your body - Enjoy a cup of tea in silent or talk to the person next to you.
This class is all about joy, embodiment, and community.
No experience required — just bring your fabulous self.
Bring: a yoga mat, water and your big open heart. (Pillows provided for the scream symphony.) *Classic yogi tea provided - don't forget a mug*
This is a queer-centred space. Respectful allies can come play too.
