A calm, low on woo high on fun, grounding start (a good excuse for a bit of a lie down, so bring a yoga mat).

Playful Warm Up

Wriggle, stretch, flail - call it movement, call it art, we won't judge.

Inclusive Dance Session

You do you. Throw shapes, feel great, all under sensor-friendly lighting. No glow sticks required (but we won't stop you). Big tunes guaranteed, from disco, house and garage through to breaks, jungle and d'n'b, with a few cheeky floor-fillers thrown in.

Gentle Warm Down

Come back to Earth refreshed and revitalised, possibly with more chakras than you had to begin with.
