FOR WAR CHILD at Star & Dove
See event details

A gig on Friday 6th March. The event starts at 18:00.

Plants for Sale - This isn’t a garden party. Plants for Sale take the bones of traditional folk and wire them for a short circuit. Taking over The Star & Dove in Totterdown, bringing a heavy, distorted weight to the Bristol hillside in a psychedelic fever dream. All proceeds go to War Child. Humdrum - Polished chaos from the heart of Bristol. Humdrum blends neo-jazz fusion with experimental grit and poetic lyrics. No filler, just vulnerability. George Lowe - Prince Regent reanimates folk with original songs and electric guitar. Reminiscent of Nick Drake and Blaze Foley brought bitterly into the 21st century. Supported by Community Jam!

Entry requirements: 18+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
