Chef Rachel from Greenhouse welcomes you to enjoy a delicious 4 course feast at the beautiful Starlings restaurant in Clifton, Bristol.
We love vegetables; our entire menu is plant-based, vegan & gluten free*. We use the best seasonal, local and organic produce in our menu, wherever possible.

Starlings will be serving drinks to accompany your meal.
A vegan wine pairing is available for £35 per person. Ed, from Starlings is something of a genius with wine; we highly recommend this optional extra!

Sample Menu:
Tarka dal, kale crisp, coriander oil, sourdough.

Beetroot gnudi, black garlic mayonnaise, mint oil.

Red onion & pea flour pakora, roasted pumpkin, confit chickpeas, pumpkin velouté, chai spiced date purée, coriander oil, toasted coconut.

Sticky toffee & date pudding, carrot halwa, house mascarpone, spiced pumpkin seeds.

Note - Menu is subject to some changes, depending on availability of produce.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements:
*The menu is vegan and all items prepared by Rachel in the kitchen are gluten-free.
We offer complimentary bread (that contains gluten) to accompany your first course. Gluten free bread is available on request.
Allergens in the set menu include soya, sesame, nuts, fava beans, sulphites, mustard, celery (and gluten if including bread).
We endeavour to uphold the highest standards in safety and hygiene. However, please note that the food is prepared in kitchens where other ingredients containing all 14 allergens are handled. If you have a severe allergy to any of those, please let us know at the time of booking by emailing Rachel at [email protected]. We may be unable to accommodate dietary requirements if given insufficient notice and for your safety, we reserve the right to refuse your booking if we cannot accommodate your request.

Seating Arrangements:
- Tickets purchased together, in one booking, will be seated together.
- If people within your party make separate bookings and wish to be seated together, please contact us at [email protected] and we will accommodate your request.

Children:
Children are very welcome to attend but please be aware there isn't a specific children's menu therefore a standard ticket will need to be purchased.

Refunds:
We regret that tickets are non-refundable. However, you are able to 're-sell' your tickets on Headfirst Bristol once all tickets for that date have sold out. We find that this works well, as we usually have a waiting list for each event.
