All aboard for a bookish tour of the globe with World Kid Lit: a non-profit organisation aimed at helping young readers explore our planet through international fiction, comics and more. Join literary translator and World Kid Lit champion Ruth Ahmedzai Kemp for an interactive workshop where you'll find out how to read the world, how books travel (thanks to translators!) and *you* get to translate an Arabic picture book ... even if you don't know any Arabic! Workshop includes a bonus extra language learning opportunity - but you'll have to come along and find out what it is...

* No prior knowledge of Arabic (or the mystery bonus language) required *
