'The Way Up Sky' Album Launch + Dogsbody

Join us for a celebration of EAB's second album "The Way Up Sky".

After releasing their debut long-form project late last year, Bristol's Eve Appleton Band couldn't keep you waiting for more and are bringing you a second collection of beautiful songs.

Joined by a favourite of ours, the magnificent Dogsbody. Mimi is a genius, her project Dogsbody is doing absolute bits right now and we are so blessed to have her open our wonderful celebration.

DOGSBODY: The brainchild of Mimi Jones, whose songwriting has been likened to Jeff Buckley, Elliott Smith and Mazzy Star, Dogsbody craft honest songs with grungy chord progressions; every note is purposeful and every lyric deliberate. Mimi’s jazz-imbued vocals and raw delivery bring the songs into their most intimate form.

The night will be a gorgeous celebration of everything the Bristol music scene offers and hopefully give you a new favourite album to soundtrack your autumn.

These works encapsulate a period of huge growth for the band and really show off the range of beautiful soundscapes that EAB brings. Oh and physical copies of the album to get your hands on in various formats!
