INKLINGROOM x CONQUEER tears up the infamous backroom of legendary Strange Brew with a night of uncompromising club futurism and high-impact contemporary dance and performance.
Brazilian producer and DJ, LYZZA mutates hyperpop, rap and afrobeats into something darker and harder, Jokkoo Collective’s own MOOKI6 twists industrial bass and noise into polyrhythmic delirium. The night starts with a Sarahsson who dials up the baroque hardcore theatrics into a warm up DJ set. With Lil Replica channeling the ghost of early Oneohtrix Point Never through a filter of ethereal glitch-damaged trance, while Magnus Westwell deconstructs movement with a performance that feels somewhere between tech-noir ballet and post-rave catharsis. Estonian choreographer, Keity Pook unveils a new post-internet dance piece, an uncanny collision of movement, meme logic, and digital detritus, scored live by DJ LOL in full deconstructed-club mode.
Come early for a sweat-drenched kineticism, and bodies pushed to the edge. Stay late for club futurism in full meltdown!
