“The Sludge”-----

Libidinal streams of desire install false memories to enhance brand receptivity.

Cryptesthesia (krĭp′təs-thē′zhə, -zhē-ə) A mode of paranormal perception, such as clairvoyance. Hidden sensation.

“Thin slicing” - the ability to find patterns based on narrow windows of experience, with little information. The new dark age.

Hysteric continuum, commodity is conflict, humiliated by the logic of desire. (insert sad face emoji) Modern finance and celestial geometry. Our life is not clean, not smooth, it is precarious, filthy and fragile.

“Bad faith” The idea/ideal of authenticity. A righteous crude hack? Poetic melodrama’s and obscene humour.

Starkly dissimilar fragments are brought together, dispensing with certain aspects of scientific rigour. Allowing spurious narrative. Enhancing social agency. Desire for dynamic charge. Opposing pairs, co-exist. Everything is collage, orchestration or collision. Choreographing the viewer.

In order to understand something you pathologize it, you consume it, you eat it, you annihilate it. Cultural cannibalism. Remixing, rewiring and rewilding. Story telling and world building. Sensibility as the ability to understand what is unspoken.

Cyberspace has grown so thick that the sensible organism as a conscious singularity no longer has the time to extract meaning and pleasure from experience.

The idea that catharsis is the aim of art is fading, giving away to a colder, cerebral conception of the relation with art, beauty splits from pleasure and tends to resemble a conceptual game.

Paradigm shift in which artworks cease to embody “artistic truth” and become “Conditions of possibility that are fluid interactions between manifestations of information, fluidity, displacement and dematerialisation".

There is nowhere to go or hide or to remain untagged, un-logo’d, unstamped.......Names and tags will hover over every cosmic labrynth.
