Strange Brew and BCFM present an evening of Words and Music

Words:
BCFM’s Pat Hart will host an onstage conversation with Womad Festival co founder and author of 'My Festival Romance' Thomas Brooman (CBE). The conversation will be based around Thomas’s autobiography My Festival Romance, Womad and its many festivals worldwide.

Music:
The Music section will be all about Son and Salsa music and dance, featuring Michel Padron, trumpet player and band leader of Asere, the highly respected Cuban seven-piece from Havana. The Salsa dance will be led by Willian Velasquez and his partner Chantelle, leading members of Bristol’s Salsa community.

Palestinian inspired Food will be available on the night from Jafra Kitchen.
