See event details

A gig held at Strange Brew on Friday 31st October. The event starts at 19:00.

October 31st marks one year of DVL6 Recordings, and we're celebrating the only way we know how—loud, unapologetic, and raw. Teaming up with Strange Brew, we present "Haunted Halloween", a scarily off-kilter night pushing the boundaries of alternative rap and bass-driven music. Featuring label artists and local guests.

Grove x Taliable:

Bristol’s own Grove brings politically charged lyricism, freaky basslines, and a voice that switches between velvet and venom. joined by producer and sonic architect Taliable. Hailing from London Taliable is a distinctly unique talent, merging grime, punk and experimental bass music to create an energy that is raw yet contained. This duo come together to craft a blistering, genre-fluid set that pulls from dancehall, punk, and club music—blurring the line between rave and riot.

Guttr:

Hiding in the shadows, Guttr’s sets the tone for Bristol's alternative rap scene. His sound is dark, urgent, and unrelenting. His beats and lyrics draw inspiration from Dubstep, Trap, Memphis Rap, and Cloudrap. He is often likened to that of Jim Legaxy, Essdeekid & Rico ace

Tae Sasin:

One of the most exciting rising voices in UK rap’s experimental wing. Tae Sasin fuses razor-sharp wordplay with gritty, memphis inspired beats, delivering performances that feel both intimate and intense. Expect an emotional hit alongside the head-nods.
